1  bottle red wine

1/2  bottle light rum

1/2 gallon strong sweet tea

1/2 gallon pineapple juice

2 oz lemon juice

1 cup sugar

pineapple chunks

12 oz sherry


Place the pineapple pieces in a punch bowl and pour the 12 oz of sherry over them. Place them in the fridge to chill for 2 1/2 hours.


Mix the red wine, tea, sugar and rum in a pot and simmer but do not boil.


Pour the mixture over the pineapple chunks (in the punch bowl)  and add in the pineapple juice and lemon juice.


Stir and serve over ice.
