16 oz light rum
1 cup water
2 tsp ginger root, chopped
2 cups guava juice
1 oz lemon juice
1 cup sugar
64 oz pineapple juice
ice
1 shot = 2 oz
Add the 1 cup water to the ginger root in a pan, boil for 3 minutes. Strain. Add the ginger root liquid to the guava.
In a bowl pour in the pineapple juice, 8 shots of light rum, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups guava juice (with ginger root), 1 oz lemon juice and ice. Give the bowl a stir and enjoy.
