2 oz Irish whiskey
1 tsp brown sugar
6 oz hot coffee
heavy cream
Combine the Irish whiskey, sugar and coffee in a mug of your choosing and stir until the brown sugar has dissolved. Float very cold heavy cream on top, being very careful not to mix together.
