3 oz espresso
1 tblsp instant coffee
2 oz milk
1 oz vanilla syrup
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz caramel
2 oz cream
6 ice cubes
Cinnamon shaker
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass of your choosing and top with cinnamon.
