Heavy whipped cream, chilled
vanilla extract
3/4 ox Metaxa 7- Star
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Tia Maria
hot black coffee
sugar
Add the heavy whipped cream (that has been lightly beaten) to a coffee cup and give it a few drips of vanilla extract. Combine the Metaxa, Amaretto, Tia Maria and sugar and give it a gentle stir. Pour to the top with coffee and give it another gentle stir. Top with beaten whipped cream , enjoy.
